Phil Sikorski, PE, Joins Capstone Planning and Control As Regional Manager

Capstone Planning & Control, Inc., a woman-owned project and construction management firm with offices in Santa Monica, California and headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, is pleased to announce that Phil Sikorski has joined the firm as Regional Manager – Construction Management.

Mr. Sikorski has more than 30 years of construction and engineering experience. He has held various positions in the engineering/construction business, including field supervision, engineering design, project management, and development. Mr. Sikorski was also vice president in charge of operations for a large general contractor, owner of a construction company, and a consultant to owners and designers throughout the industry. His background includes working on nearly all types and sizes of projects including hotels, commercial-industrial developments, airports, stadiums and university campus projects and luxury homes. He is a licensed professional engineer and a general contractor.

Capstone specializes in construction and project management, including cost estimating, scheduling and project controls.
